Ready Player One the movie based on the 2011 Random House, Sci-Fi Novel  is now out in theaters everywhere.

To celebrate the folks at Hot Topic have teamed up with the film to bring a challenge and maze to Hollywood.

The event takes place at the corner of Hollywood and Vine in Los Angeles. Tickets are free, there is a standby line, a ticketed line, and a VIP line.

Once inside the experience there are many photo ops, nostalgic classic 1980’s characters, set pieces from the film, and of course the challenge : find 3 keys hidden by Leaping, Searching, and Playing.

You start in dystopian 2044 and make your way through the maze into the world of the OASIS
